I sat down with both of my nieces to help me with this review. I had to read it to the 18 month old, but my seven year old niece read it to me. She said she "liked it", which is really all you can ask for as a review since she didn't know she was being quoted. She did want to keep the book and the stickers that came with it though because it talked about phones, which she's been getting in trouble lately for trying to steal from us and always wanting to play games on.
#BABYLOVE: My Toddler Life is relevant and charming. I loved the big, simple illustrations that kept both of my nieces attention and the simple verbage that is appropriate for both young readers and listeners. This book gave me a segue into talking with my older niece that phones are not toys. We have the same issue when she discovered snapchat that we are left with dozens of pictures of her on our phones with every possible filter (although it is quite funny to be surprised by some cute photos on a bad day). This is a great little book that will catch the attention of kids with it's references to technology. About the Author![]()
